You can bring all the items that fit inside the rented locker, without the lock being forced or causing damage to the Locker (as this is subject to a penalty of 20€), with the exception of prohibited items. Remember that at Lockers Alicante you pay per rented locker, not per item, so you can fit as many items as you want in your locker. You must contact us via WhatsApp to make the change of locker and send you a payment link for the difference, you can not force the door or the lock of the Locker to make your personal belongings fit, as misuse can break the door and Lockers Alicante will charge you up to €100 for repair.

-Anything that is illegal to possess or trade (such as stolen goods, drugs, pornographic material or anything that degrades human dignity, etc.)..).

-Items that require a license to possess or are possessed without a license or authorization (such as weapons and/or ammunition).

-Any type of polluting or dangerous material (such as flammable objects or dangerous substances).

-Animals of any kind or any other type of living being.

-No food may be inserted in the lockers, unless it is packaged food that cannot spill, stain the lockers or produce odors of any kind in the Lockers Alicante premises.

In the unlikely event of an incident at the Lockers Alicante premises, we have a policy in place to cover losses due to damage and/or theft up to a maximum of 300€ per locker (police report must be filed). We recommend that you do not store items that exceed this value.

This insurance does not cover the loss of money, jewelry, precious stones or metals, watches, plasma screens and, in general, technological objects (LCD, GPS navigators, mobile phones, computers, tablets), art objects, antiques, memory cards or any other media containing data or images.

Please note that your travel documents and personal documents (passport, driver's license, etc.) are kept at your own risk and responsibility.

You can book multiple lockers of different sizes in one payment, but please note the following:

  • - The time slot for the rental will be the same for all lockers.
  • You will receive 3 codes and QR codes to access each rented locker.
  • - If one of the users leaves the rental early, the rest of the lockers will remain in use.

-First, you access the venue by typing the code you received by email after making your booking on the keypad on the door, or by presenting the QR code on the reader. There are 6 digits that end by pressing the # key (pad) when you hear the lock push the door.

-Once inside, you scan the QR on the screen located on the right side of the store, and follow the corresponding steps to open your locker.

When your booking ends and you collect your belongings, you must make sure you CLOSE your locker door to avoid incurring additional charges.

Yes, you can access your locker as many times as you want during the contracted time, as long as you have not confirmed on the screen your departure and completion of the reservation.

Yes, as long as the modification is made before the date and time of the reservation. This request must be made by WhatsApp +34 652 096 704.

If the withdrawal is made 24 hours before starting your booking we will refund your money discounting the value of the commission charged by the payment platform plus 1 € for management fees, if the withdrawal is requested after the booking can not be canceled and no claim or request for REFUND will be accepted. If for some reason Lockers Alicante decides to refund, the user must take into account that such refund will be deducted the value of the commission charged by the payment platform plus 1 € for management fees.

You must contact us at WhatsApp +34 652 096 704 to notify this incident before finishing your reservation, so we can block your locker and safeguard your belongings, when you go to withdraw, the system will settle a penalty corresponding to the payment of the locker for 1 more day, or the days it takes to collect, keep in mind that in Lockers Alicante each day begins at 8:00 hrs and ends at 7:59 hrs the next day.

You must send an email to hola@lockersalicante.com with your booking details and the address where you want us to send your forgotten item. After verifying that it is correct we will contact you for the management, you must bear all shipping costs, which must be previously paid to our bank account.

In the event that 20 calendar days have elapsed since the end of the Service and the User has not contacted us to collect his/her luggage, leaving the Locker empty, it is understood that the User authorises LOCKERS ALICANTE to destroy any object and/or document found in the Locker, as it will be considered abandoned, expressly and irrevocably exonerating and waiving any compensation and/or claim for damages against LOCKERS ALICANTE.

If the user reclaims his/her belongings before the 20 days have elapsed, LOCKERS ALICANTE will return them provided that this person has paid all the charges derived from the rental of the days during which his/her personal belongings were in our safekeeping.

Luggage or personal items that are abandoned inside the premises and that are not safeguarded in any of the 61 lockers available for this purpose, whether or not there is a reservation for this, will be kept inside the locker that corresponds to its size and will remain at the complete disposal of LOCKERS ALICANTE, since it will be considered abandoned, expressly and irrevocably exonerating and waiving any compensation and/or claim for damages against LOCKERS ALICANTE.

If, within 20 calendar days, the user reclaims his/her belongings, LOCKERS ALICANTE will return them provided that this person has paid all the charges derived from the rental of the days during which his/her personal belongings were in our custody.

Once the 20 calendar days have elapsed and the user has not contacted us to collect his/her luggage, leaving the Locker empty, it is understood that the user authorises LOCKERS ALICANTE to destroy any object and/or document found in the Locker, as it will be considered abandoned, expressly and irrevocably exonerating and waiving any compensation and/or claim for damages against LOCKERS ALICANTE.

Depending on the situation we handle the following rates:

- If you pick up your luggage after the time your reservation ends, you must pay a penalty charge corresponding to 1 day of rental, if the delay is more than 1 day will be charged accordingly.

- If you need personalized assistance through an operator to make your reservation, or to make box office changes, changes of dates or times booked, cancellation of reservations, we will apply a charge of 1€.
