We offer three types of lockers according to their size:

Yes, reservations must be made in advance and are valid from the time you make them. You can book when you are planning your trip, a few days or hours in advance, or when you arrive at the store, depending on availability. It's up to you!

You can do it on the web or if you need assistance you can write us on our WhatsApp. The booking process takes just 1 minute and our website is fully adapted for Smartphones and Tablets. You can bring all the items that fit inside the rented locker, without the lock being forced or causing damage to the Locker (as this is subject to a penalty of 20€), with the exception of prohibited items. Remember that at Lockers Alicante you pay per rented locker, not per item, so you can fit as many items as you want in your locker. -No food may be inserted in the lockers, unless it is packaged food that cannot spill, stain the lockers or produce odors of any kind in the Lockers Alicante premises.

Yes, it is. Our facilities in Alicante are equipped with video surveillance cameras and alarm systems connected to a 24-hour monitoring center linked to the police.

The lockers are equipped with advanced alarm systems that detect any attempt to open them by force or improperly.

In the unlikely event of an incident at the Lockers Alicante premises, we have a policy in place to cover losses due to damage and/or theft up to a maximum of 300€ per locker (police report must be filed). We recommend that you do not store items that exceed this value.

This insurance does not cover the loss of money, jewelry, precious stones or metals, watches, plasma screens and, in general, technological objects (LCD, GPS navigators, mobile phones, computers, tablets), art objects, antiques, memory cards or any other media containing data or images.

Please note that your travel documents and personal documents (passport, driver's license, etc.) are kept at your own risk and responsibility.

The locker rental service is available 24 hours a day, every day of the week, 365 days a year. From the moment you make the reservation, you will have access to them for the contracted time.

The lockers offered through Lockers Alicante are fully automatic. You can make a booking through our website www.lockersalicante.com, indicating, in addition to your personal details, the number of lockers you wish to hire, their size and the booking period. Once you have completed the booking, you will receive confirmation of the booking, the security code to access the premises and the rented lockers.

Therefore, you will access the shop and your locker using the security codes provided by Lockers Alicante when you make your booking.

You can book multiple lockers of different sizes in one payment, but please note the following:

  • - The time slot for the rental will be the same for all lockers.
  • - If one of the users leaves the rental early, the rest of the lockers will remain in use.
  • - You will receive a single code and QR code to access the rental through the screen, which will be valid for the booking of all lockers.

-First, you access the venue by typing the code you received by email after making your booking on the keypad on the door, or by presenting the QR code on the reader. Start with * and end with # when you hear the lock you push the door.

- Once inside, scan the QR on the screen located on the right side of the premises, click on OPEN AND DEPOSIT then click on YES CONFIRM and your locker will open automatically.

- Verify your locker number, put your luggage inside and close the locker door.

You can access your locker as many times as you want during the contracted time, as long as you have not confirmed on the screen your departure and end of the booking.

When your booking ends and you collect your belongings, you must make sure you CLOSE your locker door to avoid incurring additional charges.

No, it is not allowed to leave items for someone else to pick up. Lockers are not to be used as a vehicle for trading goods between parties. It is a use that Lockers Alicante does not allow. This use is not authorized by Lockers Alicante.

You can enter and remain in the facilities, after managing your reservation, for the necessary time to carry out the actions related to the entry or exit of the packages placed in the locker. You may not remain in the facilities for longer than is strictly necessary for purposes other than resting, sleeping, using the phone or surfing the Internet.

Can I take pictures or video inside the facilities? For security and confidentiality reasons, it is strictly forbidden to take pictures or videos of the security mechanisms of the facilities (video surveillance cameras, locking systems, store screens, etc.). If this rule is violated for suspicious purposes, the police may be notified to ensure the safety of all users.

No, in order to maintain cleanliness, users are asked not to eat or drink inside the facility.

In case of breakdown, blockage or any other type of incident in the use of the locker, you have at your disposal the assistance service of Lockers Alicante, which attends only by WhatsApp to the number 652 09 67 04 from 9:00 am to 22:00 pm every day of the week or by written communication to the following address hola@lockersalicante.com

Yes, as long as such modification or cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the date on which the service you have booked begins. This request should be made by WhatsApp or by e-mail to hola@lockersalicante.com.

If the cancellation is made 48 hours before starting your booking we will refund your money by deducting the value of the commission charged by the Stripe payment platform plus €1 for management costs, if it is made after 48 hours we will NOT accept any claim or request for REFUND, as you are responsible for verifying that your luggage does not exceed the dimensions of the locker you have contracted. If for any reason Lockers Alicante decides to refund, the user must take into account that the refund will be discounted the value of the commission charged by the Stripe payment platform plus a €1 handling fee.

Of course you can, you just have to write to our customer service channels, email or WhatsApp, we will manage the extension of your booking.

When your booking has ended and the system verifies that you have not picked up your personal belongings, a penalty charge of 0.95€ will be made for a range between 1 and 15 minutes, this value is not proportional.

You will be able to enter the Lockers Alicante premises with the security code, but you will not be able to access your locker until you have paid the penalty, which can be €0.95 for a range of 1 to 15 minutes, or €1.9 for a range of 15 to 30 minutes and so on, once inside the premises you can consult the payment link on the module screen with the total settlement according to the delay time.

These situations may arise:

If there is space we will reassign a new locker of the same size or larger at no additional cost to the new user and send an email with the new access information.

If we have 100% occupancy in the premises we will have to access your locker to remove your personal belongings and store them in the adjoining premises, thus freeing the locker for the new user.

The payment of the penalty can be made with cash or credit card at the moment we deliver your belongings.

You must send an email to hola@lockersalicante.com with your booking details and the address where you want us to send your forgotten item. In the event that 20 calendar days have elapsed since the end of the Service and the User has not contacted us to collect his/her luggage, leaving the Locker empty, it is understood that the User authorises LOCKERS ALICANTE to destroy any object and/or document found in the Locker, as it will be considered abandoned, expressly and irrevocably exonerating and waiving any compensation and/or claim for damages against LOCKERS ALICANTE.

If the user reclaims his/her belongings before the 20 days have elapsed, LOCKERS ALICANTE will return them provided that this person has paid all the charges derived from the rental of the days during which his/her personal belongings were in our safekeeping.

Luggage or personal objects which are abandoned inside the premises and which are not safeguarded in one of the 62 lockers available for this purpose, whether or not there is a reservation for this purpose, will remain at the complete disposal of LOCKERS ALICANTE, as it will be considered abandoned, expressly and irrevocably exonerating and waiving any compensation and/or claim for damages against LOCKERS ALICANTE.

If, within 20 calendar days, the user reclaims his/her belongings, LOCKERS ALICANTE will return them provided that this person has paid all the charges derived from the rental of the days during which his/her personal belongings were in our custody.

Once the 20 calendar days have elapsed and the user has not contacted us to collect his/her luggage, leaving the Locker empty, it is understood that the user authorises LOCKERS ALICANTE to destroy any object and/or document found in the Locker, as it will be considered abandoned, expressly and irrevocably exonerating and waiving any compensation and/or claim for damages against LOCKERS ALICANTE.

In addition to these prices we also handle the following charges depending on the situation:

-If you pick up your luggage after the time your booking ends, you must pay a penalty charge corresponding to 0,95€ for a range between 1 and 15 minutes, this value is not proportional.

-If you need personalised operator assistance to make your booking we will apply a charge of 1.5€.

-If you need personalised operator assistance to change the size of the locker you booked we will apply a charge of 1€.
