  • Information on the use made of the Service (dates and times when the platform is accessed, number of times the Community Lockers are used, time the Community Lockers remain occupied, etc.)

When you are requested to provide your personal data, some fields are marked as obligatory, as they are necessary to be able to provide the Service to you.

  • To manage your contracting of the Service through the platform.
  • To provide you the Service.
  • To attend to requests or incidents that you communicate through the client support
  • To improve the Service that we provide you.

Nevertheless, you may request the deletion of your data, and in case of these legal preservation periods being applicable, it will be blocked during the time established by regulations.   Your data will be processed in a lawful, faithful, transparent, appropriate, pertinent, limited, precise and up to date manner.

 To be able to fulfil the purposes indicated in this privacy policy, it is necessary for third parties who provide support in the Service to access your personal data, as they are providers of technological services, etc., who will sign the corresponding data processing contracts in accordance with current regulations on data protection. All tasks undertaken by third parties are strictly necessary for providing the Service and they have been selected considering compliance with the rights preserved in this Privacy Policy.

It is possible that the information contained in this Privacy Policy may be modified when deemed appropriate. In case of this occurring, you will be notified through the Platform or by communication to your email address.
